virus and threat protection

so recently i installed a file from internet. it was a zip file . i didnt extract it but opened it. due to some issues i deleted that zip folder.today when i opened my windows security there was this threat message appearing in the logs. the file is not there but still this threat is theiron clicking quarantine or remove nothing is happening only the scan happens and still the message is their to be seen. didnt clicked the allow on device option. how can i remove this threat. also haven't restarted the pc for some days too.
