Virus and protection not available

My system is showing virus and protection has been limited by my administrator , contact your itI have tried registry method but there is no folder of windows defender in it. What do i do now. I have tried downloading the windows health troubleshooter but that thing is not gone. The system is not used by work or school.It a personal system.
