I have a situation that I really need some assistance with. On August 26th, 2020 we uploaded 10 individual files from our Drop Box account to a federal government portal. This was in response to a contracting opportunity. During the upload process, after each file was uploaded, all we received was a confirmation that the upload was successful. When completed, we could see our 10 files in the portal. Now, the government agency is telling us that one of the files is missing and we have no proof that the file was uploaded by the August 26th deadline. In hindsight, we should have taken a screen shot of the files in the portal.
I am trying to find a solution where I can verify the file uploading activity from 2 months ago. We know the date the files were uploaded, but have no proof. Is there a log that is kept somewhere in the system to track file upload activity? Does anyone have any other ideas that may help. Dropbox only shows when the files were modified in some way, not when or if they were uploaded to a site outside of Dropbox.
I am open to any ideas/suggestions!
