view pop up window

Hello.I notice that when clik on >view more the pop up window appears above and is not show entirely.Instead i see other people that the pop up window appears below ,so appears all options.What can i do?Only if a open the main window in smaller size appears entirely the pop up window.Attach 2 screenshots and a video for a friend whcih open the pop up bleow and not above
