Videos pausing and playing VERY rapidly on windows.

Its not just downloaded videos, but also videos played on browser, like YouTube.I have tried to use troubleshooter and running hardware scan, updating drivers, etc but nothing works. The issue started all of a sudden, and I have been using my laptop since 2 years now.The play-pause frequency is extremely high to even understand, and it keeps increasing with time (atleast that's how it seems) (maybe around 100 times/second)I am using Windows 11 with Ryzen 7 3rd gen, radeon gfx I also tried factory resetting my pc, with reinstalling local windows copy and keeping my files, that didn't work eithe
