Video thumbnails not displaying in one specific volume

I have a brand new computer running Windows 11 Home version 22H2. Ever since I got this computer setup it will not display the thumbnail previews of any of my video files saved within my storage drive labelled D:. If I have files saved on my C: drive it will display the thumbnail previews there, and it will also display them when saved on my NAS. The exact same files that work on C: and the network drive will not display on my D: drive. This only seems to apply to video files. I can still see thumbnails of pictures on my D: drive.
