Video TDR Failure BSOD

I started getting a blue screen of death error sometime last month. At first turning off overclock seemed to work but it just delayed it so at least i can use it for simple tasks. I also tried to redownload the graphics driver but the problem persisted. It keeps happening when i open Unity or other games.Need help fixing this because deadline for my project is approaching.
