HP desktop, Windows 11 / 64bit. After an attempt to install an older version of Photoshop (it didn't successfully installed, no exe file) the system froze after restart, so I had to start with a "safe" mode, then repair, restore and somehow the system started. There's no option I could find to uninstall that Photoshop program as it isn't listed as an installed one, but I can see its folder. Of all complications I noticed so far is the issue with some files that can't be open due to class not registered. I managed to restore functioning of image files, but can't restore video files operation. I
