I recently purchased a Dell G5 15 gaming laptop in November for my family. My processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz. It uses an Intel UHD graphics driver. The RAM is 8GB, only .2 is usd. The laptop is barely used except to play one online game, CS:GO. At times, it will startup and play perfectly. Then at other times, more frequent than not, it will startup, crash, and then the game will have FPS lagging issues. (The game usually runs at 110+ FPS, but after the crash it will run around 30FPS.) The only thing that "fixes" the lag is turning off my computer and then hours later turning it back on and hoping it will work normally (sometimes it does, other times it doesn't). I have tried troubleshooting almost everything. I don't believe it is heat issue because the crash will happen even when I turn on the laptop after being off for hours. It is not an internet connection issue because I turn the wifi off and the game internally will still lag. I have updated all drivers, BIOS, and everything possible. I ran virus scans and cleanup scans. I have tried all the "tips" and changed everything to "high performance." I have contacted Dell which was zero help, and the CS:GO game help support which told me it is a computer issue and not a game issue. I installed WinDbg and have analyzed two dump files, one from the computer and one from CS:GO. Only problem is, I had no clue what I am looking at or how to fix the problems which caused the minidumps. I have tried googling what the results were (to my best ability), and doing those suggestions, but it still occurs and I am at a loss. I will copy and paste the analysis results for both dumps below because I do not know how else to share them. Grateful for any and all help.
