VIDEO DXGRNL DIG FATAL ERROR

Hello, So i have a new PC, the MSI Katana A15 AI. Everything works great...but I keep getting a BSOD error, VIDEO DXGRNL DIG FATAL ERROR... I have tried the things I am supposed to try.. I have updated the GPU and all but it from time to time it keeps happening. The most recent one I am assuming its from an update of Windows... The interesting thing is it does nit crash when I am playing high intensive games, it does when I am doing mundane things... Pls help!
