Video and audio out of sync for first five seconds.

In all videos (primarily youtube), regardless of browser, the video will play for five seconds without audio, then freeze, then audio will play from the first five seconds, and then they will both play in sync. This causes the first five seconds of a video to actually take ten seconds. Also, after pausing, the video will freeze and take a couple of seconds to play, even if buffered fully. I have great internet speeds, so I've ruled that out as an issue.I don't have these issues if I am actively watching videos (i.e. if I click on another video, that video will load in just fine), but if I clic
