VGA debug led on

Hey I put my PC from my table to a little bit to the left on the main table and boom I don't have any output but my RTX 2060 spins up but the VGA ez debug led is on preventing it from boot I tired so much like reseating cleaning with a q tip I followed alot of YouTube Tutorials How to fix it PLEASE HELP ME I have a msi b450m pro VDH v2 Ryzen5 5 2500 or 2600 16 gig ram (2x8) and a Corsair enhancement kit 500w bewuiet PSU and a msi liquid cooler
