Vertical lines on screen

Hi, my laptop is having vertical lines since many days. I tried each and everything. I even tried resetting whole laptop but no help. When the laptop updates("updates are underway"), the lines don't appear. The issue is not happening when using an external monitor.System Model - INSPIRON 3576BIOS Version / Date - Dell Inc. 1.4.1, 22-05-2018I tried updating and uninstalling the graphic drivers but it didn't work. Please help!
