Vertical and horizontal lines when installing windows

The laptop is on Windows seven when I put it to boot from the installation drive it shows to Windows logo and immediately shows vertical and horizontal colored lines then it immediately shuts down I have tried different hard drives and it does the same I have tried different rams sticks and the same I tried to see what is the problem and I installed Windows 7 on a different hard drive and it worked but it doesn't want to install Windows 10 Lines please can anyone help me it's for my school
