Verification code sent to wrong/old email when changing password while signed in with the correct account email.

Logged in to change password. After logging in, the password change verification dialog box uses a former old email address to send code to. I no longer have access to that email address. A Long ago, a Microsoft support representative helped by changing the account's email address from that old one to the current one I use. Can't find an account support link to chat/call.
