Verification code going to old email?

[Windows 11]

My primary computer is locked by bitlocker. I login to my account from my tablet. Microsoft needs to verify my identity but sends code to old email or possibly not sending one at all. My new email that I sign in with has the same first two letters as my old deleted email. I haven’t been able to add my phone number also due to verification issue. Please help me!
