vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi error

I been having issues with several games that I cant play cause of this error that relates to the Microsoft Visual C++. Ive tried already deleting them, reinstalling them but the result remains the same (ive spent weeks with this issue reading through forums and nothing helps). Ive redownloaded the redistributable version x86 & x64 several times, downloaded trobuleshooting software and other tools and they have done next to nothing. It is so frustrating my knowledge about programs and installing and uninstalling is very limited and more the half the time I cant understand what Im supposed
