VC++ x64 redistributable not installing on Windows 11 ARM64

I am trying to get a mod tool working on windows 11 arm (this tool specifically: segatools ). However, it requires the x64 versions of the vc++ redistributables to run. When you try and install the x64 version of 2015-2022, it always installs the arm64 version. This breaks the tool I'm trying to run as it needs the x64 version, not the arm64 version of the 2015-2022 redistributables.I am able to install the other x64 vc++ redistributables, but not 2015-2022. Even trying to transfer a working vc++ 2015-2022 install from another x64 machine does not fix the iss
