Various system processes keeping files open in the perdriverversion dxcache directory of nvidia

[Windows 11]

This directory contains DX12 shader cache of Nvidias DriverC:\Users\br33z\AppData\LocalLow\NVIDIA\PerDriverVersion\DXCacheWhy do applicationframehost, textinputhost and even explorer use files(bin and toc extensions) in this directory. Last thing i checked the Windows 11 desktop is not DX12 accelerated. This makes no sense to me...and is also pretty weird. Its also pretty annoying that i cant delete these files due to them being permanently in use by things that have no business with dx12.Since these are operating system processes and not 3rd party and they are actively saved in that directory
