Valorant Crashing, Graphics Driver Issue/GameBar?

Hello, I'm having an issue where my pc crashes every 5 minutes when loading certain applications, usually games like Valorant. Windows event viewer says this: (The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.) but even after uninstalling game bar, the problem is still there. I reinstalled my drivers, using DDU as well, and downloaded directX, disabled my integrated CPU display driver, redownloaded Valorant, disabled all overclocking, but still did not fix the i
