I download multiple photos to the album. Now, when I try it, i get an exception 0x88982F50 message. I ram the DSIM repair/ missing files system, the Windows repair kit, restored to a past point, and ran the system file checker. nothing worked. The photos are important to me because they represent my family's history back to 1785. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?Thanks,David
