Using the Westminster font as supplied with Windows 98 in commercial products?

Hi,I am trying to find the means to license the Microsoft-owned Westminster font so I can use it in a product I am making.There is a Microsoft page for the font family, however it directs you to myfonts.com for licensing and they tell me that they do not have it as part of their available library.As I understand it, it was distributed freely with Windows 98 systems (which I do still own in storage).Would it therefore be free for me to use commercially, in-keeping with fonts available on modern Microsoft operating systems?TIA
