Using picture in picture makes screen glitch

I got a new laptop, and within some time I got this issue where using picture in picure makes the whole screen glitch like this and this.Already tried reinstaling some drivers, both GPU and CPU, and the issue still. The windows is up to date and all other drivers seems to be too.I tested this issue on microsoft edge, netflix and opera gx... All of them do the same... but looks like messing around with the picture in picture floating window is just the trigger, cause then, the screen keep on glithing with some weird noise on the image, like if somethings were pixelated.
