User folder name

I set up my new pc and it's showing as C:\Users\User. I've noticed from reading and watching online people they have their name or a user account name ie C:Users\Tim. I'm the only person using my pc, should I set myself up as a new User, or should I just change the folder User to my own name, or don't do anything? Also, when I click on Home and then the up arrow, it shows a folder what I may have set up as a User name because it's a name i recognize. But I'm not sure, because when I open the folder it wont show the file path in the address bar. If it is my User name why doesn't it show as C:\
