User account control won't let me activate H&R Block Software

I purchase H&R Block software directly and downloaded the program directly from H&R blocks website and tried to activate is with the passcode provided. The user account control does not allow me to add the User Name and password to activate the H&R Block program..* Changed to a question* Original title H&R Block Software
