Used a dated "older" of 2 Bitlocker Keys

A technician from dell changed my mother board without disabling bitlocker and used a dated bitlocker key from my account. Some software is no longer registered but more importantly one of my logon user accounts can no longer be accessed. Is it possible to enter the correct key and will that fix the issue.The keys were about two weeks apart and he used the older one. Dell has been no help
