Hello,

I'm using to login to a specific secure page using a smart card.

When requested a pin the below window always (until a couple of days) appears

285311e1-deb2-423e-9d87-de1c97988884?upload=true.jpg

Without any obvious reason instead of the above window, the below appears

790d960a-a5db-45a4-bd78-b464217ff282?upload=true.jpg

This request the PIN to be input by using a PIN Pad reader which, obviously never had or needed and there is no way to be able to enter a PIN and to login to the specific location.

No new software was installed nor an change in settings etc.

I have even tried to restrore the Windows by selecting to delete all settings and applications and keeping only personal files with no luck!!

Never had this issue in the past and I have no clue why the default window (of Windows) for the PIN does not appear.

Just to mention that amongst several user, my desktop pc is the one having this issue and I can also login via my laptop (same account/settings) or to a different desktop with no issues at all.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Tassos
