"Use a device" option not available in Advanced Startup

As I stated that "Use a device" option is not showing on advanced startup. I can't enter BIOS nor to Boot Mode due to my keyboard not working on startup. How can i enable this without BIOS?Also, when I click Troubleshoot, it only shows me startup repair. How can I fix these?Windows 10 22H2
