USB won't show up on file explorer

I got a Simmax USB for more storage to download and play the sims, it worked at first but after I closed out of the sims and tried to reopen it, it didn't work, the game is on the USB and the USB won't even show up on File explorer, when I look in Disk management it shows the drive but it says 'No media'I've tried to uninstall the USB through Device manger but still no luck
