USB Thumb Drive issues

Hello,Earlier today I was trying to install Pop OS on my second drive so I can dual boot, things went south and the installation just became a whole command prompt mess so I quit it thinking I can just burn the iso again on my 32 GB USB drive, which would not happen. When i tried to format it the drive just would not format, now it has gotten to a point where the drive appears in disk management, does not appear in This PC, in fact the PC cannot find it, if I try to do anything to the drive it says it cannot be found, if I try to open the drive from the quick access sidebar it gives me a "The
