USB Tethering not working with Samsung Galaxy S20+

USB tethering worked perfectly fine for at least 4 years until now, when it suddenly stopped working, I have been trying to fix the issue with reinstalling drivers, rebooting the pc and phone, installing USB Samsung USB drivers, trying different ports, reseting the network on my PC as well as on my phone, yet nothing worked. I contacted support from Samsung with no solution. I can't connect to the PC, it switches between icons of connected and no internet.
