Hi All,
Just that I am running a little IT support business sometimes my customers would need me to rebuild their machine's OS, with their own license keys of course, so I've downloaded the Windows 7 ISOs from the internet and put them into USB sticks and that works well. One of my customers has recently asked to purchase one from me because he finds it handy.
My concern is, am I allowed to do that? What if charging my customers for providing them with USB sticks become a common practice of my business?
I've tried to contact the Microsoft Legal Team in US but the email address I obtained from their customer servive would only accept emails from inside Microsoft Cooperation, and the phone number could not get through either. Any help please?
Thanks a million guys.
Cheers,
Lin
