USB problem leads to Driver Power State Failure BSOD and shutdown or restart

Hi all,1. So I use a redragon m724 mouse, which is a wired mouse but with detachable cable. Recently, it's cable has been loosened which cause consistent connection and disconnections of the mouse, which eventually cause the mouse to stop working. 2. At this point I will try and reboot, and Windows will hang on the restart screen for around 5 minutes, then BSOD. The last 2 times this happened, it was with a Driver Power State Failure.After restart, the mouse start working, but the cycle continues. I've run DISM /Checkhealth and /Scanhealth and both came back with no errors.
