USB ports stopped working after blue screen error

Hello everyone, I have a Samsung Odyssey laptop with Windows 10 and all of its USB ports stopped working after a sudden blue screen error a few days ago. I think the laptop overheated for some reason and then the blue screen error happened.I've already tried A LOT of solutions that I found on the internet, but none of them worked for me.In Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers, there's only the device USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller, and it has a yellow exclamation point.
