First I should state that I don't know much about computers, that being said.I recently did a routine windows update, everything was fine after restart. I put my computer in sleep mode and left. The next morning I started my computer and my USB ports had no power.When I restarted my computer the light on my USB powered microphone turned on and my mouse also worked until 20 seconds after startup. Then the mic and mouse both lost all power, a few days later for no reason I had power. After a restart, I lost power again.I have updated all the drivers I can think including apps just in case.
