Hi! I’ve recently purchased a Fifine Am8 Microphone for my laptop since my old one was not working. I plugged it in today and it would not work whatsoever. Under Device Management, there was an error under the Sound, Audio drop down as the Microphone had a warning symbol next to it. I tried to install the drivers but it kept saying it won’t go due to a Code 10 Error. I restarted my Laptop and even reinstalled the Realtek Audio drivers to see if that would work but nothing did. This mic does work on my sisters other laptops so it’s only mine that has an issue. Any advice?
