USB flash drive present on both Device manger and File explorer after a Power Restart but disappears once drive is removed and re-inserted. Does not show after Power Shutdown, but does reappear after Power Restart. This cycle repeats. Has only started after running Window updates. There are no pending restarts according to Windows Updates trouble shooter. Upon start-up following a Power Restart, When inserting the flash drive, it is visible in File Explorer and in Device manager," USB mass storage" properties reports " device is working properly".
