USB drives not showing up on file explorer

[Windows 11]

I have tried using disk manager but my computer refuses to recognize external drives through usbI tried using disk manager but it had a drive letter and it claimed it’s capacity was 0mbI have tried using a different port also so it is not the port This is happening on an acer nitro v15 laptop if that helps
