USB drive symbol .

I am on windows 11 pro 24H2 Build 26100.2454 . I am having problem with usb port. My PC has 7 usb port 5 on the back and 2 on the front. All port is working normally except one of the front port where i insert usb drive into it, it shows in windows explorer but NOT in notification bar (Safely remove hardware symbol). WHY ?
