USB drive does not show up in file explorer

My USB drives are giving me problems on my w11 24H2 desktop and W10 laptopIt started by not showing up at all. I went to Disk Manager and it was there without a drive letter. I gave it a letter and it showed up with its name.After a while I plugged it back in and it shows up but without its name. It just shows as "USB Drive".In Disk Management it showed up once as "USB Drive" on the desktop and now it is showing with its name.It seems to be intermittent as to what name is on it.This is with 3 different drives.What is going on?
