USB devices seen in Device Manager but not "installing drivers"

I recently had a spill and had to replace both my mouse and keyboard. I replaced them with the exact same make and model but both are not installing to work in Windows 11. They both work fine when connecting to my Windows 10 PC however. Is there any easy solution to this issue without reinstalling Windows 11 (I did this before and it worked but do not necessarily wish to this again. This issue is not limited to my mouse and KB, it also effects USB sticks/drives as well, where once they worked they will not anymore.
