USB detection failure

So, i tried to format one of my SanDisk USB's by using Rufus but failing in the end. Eventually i formated it by using my phone, but because of it, my PC doesn't recognize the USB. The disk pops up in the disk manager but it says it's formated to RAW when it is FAT32 and it doesn't shows up in the My PC storage. Phone and Xbox recognizes it and can format it but laptop even after that doesn't shows the USB.
