USB Camera not found (was working), usbvideo service had a problem starting (HELP!)

Trying to re-add a canon m50mk2 via USB (streaming hdmi) into ODB (recording app) on win 11 pro box.It was running ok until I had to blow away some ODB settings, now it cannot find the camera anymore.I deleted the device in the device manager, now the camera can't be found. Below are the events showing it not working, below that are the original (successful) eventsNote first (success) it ported over from previous OS and driver version was different then when it failed (directly below).
