USB Audio Driver does not have Enhancements tab

I got an USB Audio splitter for my laptop since the headphone jack has some problems. (One of the earphone stops working after sometime if i plug it into the headphone jack).But the USB Audio splitter has no Enhancements tab in it. It just shows one Custom AGC one. So i figured i should change the drivers to some good ones, but i cannot find a USB Audio Driver. The one installed is from Microsoft Generic USB Audio, does anyone know a good USB Audio Driver or how to fix this problem, there's a lot of noise since there are no enhancements.
