USB attached SCSI (uas) mass storage device Showing error, and can't connect external drives

Good day to everyone!Everything was OK until I installed the last Windows 11 update and two external SSD hard drives stopped working. Inside the Device Manager, the USB attached SCSI (uas) mass storage device has an error sign. I tried updating the driver but it says it's updated. I managed to solve the issue, but only for one time, both disabling and uninstalling device, and each time I had to restart my Laptop. I would like to have a long term solution, because each time I unplug the hard drive, I cannot plug it in again. Thank you very much for your help.
