USB 3.2 port stopped working

[Windows 11]

im using laptop Asus Vivobook 14X M1403QA-VIPS552 with windows 11 and the port on the right side (USB 3.2) won't work. i can't connect mouse, keyboard or file transfer with my phone but it can charge stuff. I dont know what happen, it was working fine before then i go eat for 15 minutes and it stopped working. I search online for solution and see most people fixed this by updating their windows so i figure to ask about this here.
