USB 3.0 compatible with USB 2.0 is not connecting to my Windows 11 laptop.

Hello EveryoneI need help connecting my WD Elements external hard drive to my Lenovo Ideapad - Flex. I currently use Windows 11. I have an older Lenovo Laptop; the External Hard Drive works fine. On the External Hard Drive I have, there is a sticker that says USB 3.0 compatible with USB 2.0.In my New Laptop, I've tried various tricks. I uninstalled the entire Universal Serial Bus Controller and re-installed it again from Lenovo website.
