Urgently need help: My University's Onedrive Account was expired without backup

Dear Sir/Madam,I have missed the university's notice of Onedrive's service termination email in my school alum email account and I have very very important that was store in the account. I'm not about to backup it now. I need the retrieval these and backup these files asap. I wonder if I there is anyway I can reactivate the account for period of time so I can back up these files?
