URGENT Reset Windows 11 stuck

I had an issue with my computer (it couldn’t update anymore and it asked me the bitlocker key each time I turned it on) so our IT advised me to reinstall windowsI did it trough the functionality proposed by the system (reset this pc locally) because I didn’t care about reinstalling the programs and the files on it.Now it’s stuck at this point: it arrives at 78% and reboots right after, it’s been 4 hoursCould anyone help with this? It’s quite urgent
