Urgent Request for Microsoft to Merge my Learn accounts

Please can I urgently request my proton and Outlook related profiles are merged. I cannot merge the proton account without Microsoft intervention and it is time specific, due to an exam I wish to take next week.I do not have the oction to add the Proton account in settings, but it has been visible to Pearson Vue staff.Best RegardsMatthew
